As part of our Business Development Team, you will work with our Go-to-Market Team, ranging from Demand Generation, Sales to Operations. We are currently setting the operational basis for our Series A next year. In your role you will support all teams while working on your own project.
You'll also have the opportunity to be part of an exciting phase of a young company. We've increased our customer base quite decent over the last year and it is time to transfer our successful Go To Market motion into Matterway's Sales Organisation. We are in the mist of designing processes, establishing sales best practices, improving our knowledge base, and setting up lead operations.
Overall you'll learn a lot about establishing early stage processes, building the basis of a sales organisation, and setting up demand generation.
Additionally, our customers and potential customers are the biggest brands in the world. So, you'll experience the state of digital transformation across Europe in the largest enterprises like BASF, Audi or Porsche.
